- Your order will ship within 7 – 14 business days of you placing the order with us. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We ship globally so we use different carriers based upon your location. We use USPS and FedEx in the USA.
- Order over $100. in the USA will receive free shipping.
Returns and Exchanges are a piece of cake!
- Items for return, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require you to email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the issue you are having and email a picture of the damaged product with your order number.
- Exchanges and Returns must be processed within 36 days of delivery
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
