Last, the third way to be gentle with yourself is to drink more water. Water is essential in almost everything that you do. If you are dehydrated, your body will feel very uncomfortable. Besides that, drinking more water will help you flush out all the toxins in your body and make you feel more relaxed.
This is the only way to be gentle with yourself because if you don’t see yourself as being gentle with yourself, you won’t ever get anywhere. It’s similar to any exercise or hobby: you must be dedicated and determined to do it. Otherwise, you will never get anywhere.
Do the things that you used to love, think positively, and you will be able to learn how to be gentle with yourself.
